The first paragraph is not stated correct. The Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma (CNO) and the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians (EBCI) have not "since time immemorial exercise the sovereign rights of self-government on behalf of the Cherokee people." 1839 to 1914 and 1975 to present does not make time immemorial for the CNO and 1924 to present for the EBCI.
This does not make a historic and continual government to government relationship with the United States of America.
"Representing approximately 294,000 Cherokee people throughout the United States of America." The numbers are either wrong or the statement is a lie.
Paragraphs four through eight clearly show the intent to perform genocide against all other Cherokee people and to obtain money by falsehood. For the very same people they want to deny exist just as the Freedmen. In 1994, Lee Flemming, the then registrar of the CNO stated "No Cherokee living in Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, or Texas would be enrolled in the CNO.
Paragraphs nine through eleven further exercise the genocide attempt by the above bands.
I for one know of my Cherokee blood as well as my mother's, her mother's, and their mothers' all the way back to the 1500's. It is time for all free Cherokees to join together and stop this genocide against us all. Long Live the True Cherokee Nation, a Nation of all Cherokee regardless of where they live.
